The Builders
Setup + Styling
We provide the the decor, the logistics, and the styling, so you don’t have to.
The Builders is for the couple who simply needs someone to show up, build the heavy stuff, and make a blank space look exactly the way it should. We arrive with your curated inventory, set every piece with intention, and return at the end of the night for breakdown. A beautifully executed setup from a team that knows what they’re doing.

The Blueprint
Setup + Styling with 2 Months of Coordination
You have the vision, the venue, and the vendors, but you don’t want to be day-of director. We’ll provide a Wedding Coordinator to give the day more structure.
The Blueprint is our most complete package for the intentional couple who wants everything taken care of without the $10,000 coordinator price tag. Zepher will manage your timeline, coordinate your vendors, and keep the day moving exactly as planned. Elisha handles every design detail. You show up, get married, and trust that the two people behind you have it covered. This is the package most of our DIY couples choose and the one we most believe in.

Zepher and Elisha are both with you, working as a unified team across design, logistics, vendor coordination, and everything in between. We build the complete ecosystem so your guests know it was the most beautiful event they’ve attended all year.

Full event planning, coordination, and design services for couples and clients who need expert oversight without rental inventory. Zepher leads logistics and vendor coordination through the Inspector’s Lens and drafts the design. No Stash inventory included. We will refer you to our vetted partners.
The Architect
12-Month Full Scale Event Planning for up to 120 guests
The Architect is our most complete planning and design service for events up to 120 guests that don’t require Stash inventory. Zepher sources and vets every vendor through the Inspector’s Lens, manages your timeline and logistics, and reviews every contract before you sign it. Our design direction is available as an add-on.

Hourly Event Coordination & Consulting
The Assistant is for the self-sufficient host who needs Zepher’s expertise on a specific problem (e.g. vendor contract review, safety compliance questions, timeline troubleshooting, or day-of execution support). Pay only for the hours you use.

- Day-of coordination for already-planned events
- Safety + compliance walkthroughs

Hourly rate of $95/hour with 2-hour minimum

The Designer
Design Direction for Event Branding
We offer full design direction, available as a standalone add-on to The Architect or as an independent service. Includes a complete design brief, digital mood board, and vendor styling guidance aligned to your aesthetic. Priced by event size so it’s always clear before you commit.

Frequently Asked Questions
How far do you travel?
Our storage facility is located near the Highland Creek community in Charlotte, North Carolina. Currently, we will travel 50 miles in any direction from our storage facility. We will deliver to anywhere in Charlotte and its surrounding cities including Gastonia, Shelby, Hickory, Newton, Statesville, Salisbury, Wadesboro, Pageland, Lancaster, Chester, and Gaffney. Contact us if your celebration may fall outside our radius.
Once we book, how will we communicate?
You pick your primary method of communication, and we’ll match! We’re available via text, phone call, video call, and email – just let us know during our style consultation.
Can you work within our budget?
We work with a wide variety of budget constraints. Once we know the budget, we can plan your wedding accordingly.
Do you carry event liability insurance?
Yes! We carry general liability insurance and can help you source event insurance as well.
Do you work with individuals who require special accommodations?
We strive to design an environment that is welcome to all. Please communicate any special seating or ADA needs.
How do we book with you?
Take our Style Quiz and schedule a free 20-minute style consultation via our calendly link. We’ll review your submission and hop on the call to help you identify what Tier, Stash collection aesthetic, and add-ons (if-any) would best fit your needs. Within 48 hours, we’ll send you a custom proposal for your review. If the vibe feels right, you’ll submit the deposit to lock-in our services.
